1. Who we are
Molarion is a cloud system for managing dental clinics, based in the Arab Republic of Egypt. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Molarion.
2. Accepting these terms
By registering a clinic account or using the system you accept these terms and our privacy policy. The clinic owner accepts them on behalf of the clinic and every user they add.
3. The service
We provide a system for appointments, patient files, the dental chart, treatment plans, X-rays and photos, invoices and installments, inventory, lab cases and reports, according to the plan you subscribe to. We may improve the system and add or change features over time.
4. Accounts
- The clinic owner is responsible for accurate registration details and for every account they add to their team and its permissions.
- Each user is responsible for keeping their password secret.
- Tell us right away if anyone accesses your account without permission.
5. Free trial and subscriptions
- Every new clinic gets a 14-day free trial with all features.
- Subscriptions follow the plans and periods on our pricing page and are paid in advance for the chosen period, using the payment methods we agree on.
- A yearly subscription costs the price of 10 months.
- Prices may change; a change never applies to a period that is already paid.
- Refunds: payments are not refunded once a subscription period has started, unless a fault on our side prevents use of the system for more than 7 days in a row.
6. When a subscription ends
- When a trial or subscription ends without renewal, the clinic account becomes read-only: you can still see all your data, and adding or editing resumes once you renew.
- We keep the clinic's data for 90 days after the subscription ends. After that we may delete it permanently, after notifying the owner by phone or email.
- You can ask for a copy of your data at any time during the subscription or the retention period.
- We may suspend any account that breaks these terms or uses the system in a way that harms the service or others.
7. The clinic's responsibility for patient data
- The clinic is responsible for its patients' data and for obtaining their consent to record and process it in line with applicable laws.
- Molarion is a tool the clinic uses. Medical decisions, diagnosis and treatment are the sole responsibility of the treating dentist; the system does not replace their professional judgement.
- The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters, such as prices, medications and allergies.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the system for anything unlawful.
- Try to access another clinic's data, or test the system's security without our written permission.
- Upload harmful files or content unrelated to the clinic's work.
- Resell or copy the system, or try to extract its code.
9. Intellectual property
The system, its design, name and logo belong to Molarion. Your data belongs to you; we take no rights in it beyond what we need to run the service for you.
10. Availability and backups
We make every reasonable effort to keep the system available and back up data every day. We cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted, especially during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we notify clinics before planned maintenance where possible.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the system is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from its use or interruption. Our total liability in any case is limited to what the clinic paid in the 3 months before the event.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will give at least 15 days' notice of any significant change before it applies. Continuing to use the system after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
